When I mentioned it, people would laugh and say “That’s what happens when you get older. Welcome to 50!”

In this episode, we’re talking about aging. What causes it on frequency level, what we’re starting to be able to change, and how it can be totally different from what your parents and your grandparents experienced.
The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) associated with this episode will help you clarify the stories of how you should age and start to gain distance from them.
Without clearing these distortion patterns, you fall into the pattern of aging that your lineage and your culture tells you you have to!
