Years ago, I was sitting at my desk working away on emails to clients, sipping mint tea. Beautiful golden sunlight was filtering through the window.
All of a sudden, I felt tingling moving up my spine.
Weird.
I shifted my weight in my chair doing my best to ignore it.
But the tingling intensified, moving through my brain and out my crown.
Not so ignoreable. This time, I asked if whatever was happening was of Pure Source (check!) and surrendered.
No profound realizations. No information. Definitely kinda weird.
Within the hour I received an email from a friend who I hadn’t heard from in over 8 months about an image of a place in France she felt compelled to share with me. Within 4 months, I was on an airplane, by myself, headed to a tiny village in Southern France, without knowing exactly why.
The journey catalyzed a series of unexpected and profound meditations in a seemingly random place. The seed of which began something that’s still unfolding for me now, and is intimately intertwined with the work we’re doing at Spherical Luminosity, including the Scotland adventure.
Who would’ve guessed? Definitely not me!!
Sometimes we’re called to a journey without really knowing what will happen and why we’re so compelled to go.
In this episode, Fiona and I talk about the calling of the journey, how that has looked in what unfolded for our Peru journey, and that is unexpectedly leading us to the clarity and the freedom of our upcoming adventure in Scotland (that is crazily and beautifully weaving in with my experience in the south of France in ways that I never would’ve expected).
