Many years ago, in my twenties, I had a friend who was a TERRIBLE driver.
It was totally normal for her to be driving along and simply stop paying attention to the road, spending alarming stretches of time focused on the passenger, or the radio or the story she was telling.
Invariably some amount of chaos would ensue.
Drivers would become enraged that they’d have to slam on their brakes because she wouldn’t be paying attention to stop signs, or would cut them off unexpectedly. Pedestrians would yell things at her.
She’d always respond with indignation, believing that they should have stopped, or slowed down or waited for her to do whatever she wanted. She always thought it was someone else’s fault. Have you ever heard of the old cartoon Mr. Magoo, the nearly blind retired fellow who’d drive around wreaking havoc, never actually harming himself or others, and always blaming everything on the innocent bystanders? Well my friend was like a real life sequel.
Whatever else she happened to be focused on was more important to her than the impact she had around her. As far as she was concerned, she always had the right of way.
She normally didn’t even notice her impact on others unless they pursued her in their cars honking or yelling at her, which was actually an alarmingly frequent occurrence.
It’s pretty much a miracle that she never hurt anyone.
Needless to say, I often chose to take the bus rather than be given a lift!
In this week’s episode (#174) Fiona and I discuss the increasingly pervasive phenomenon of entitlement, how blind we are to it in ourselves, where it comes from, and the little-known yet huge consequences to our personal and spiritual advancement when we run this distortion pattern without addressing it.
The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) associated with this episode will begin to help you release entitlement patterns so you can stay in a higher frequency resonance and not get slowed down by a frequent blind spot for so many people.
Unless we release these distortion patterns, we can often get caught in a lack of awareness, which can be a huge factor in feeling stuck in life.
We can’t transcend what we refuse to see!
Let’s rise together!

SUMMARY:
As polarity increases, so too does entitlement. Many are demanding more time, more money, more attention – more everything – for no reason other than they feel they deserve it, and it’s mostly irrelevant to them how it impacts others. In this episode, we address where this pattern comes from, and what the little-known and huge consequences to our personal and spiritual advancement are when we run this distortion pattern but don’t address it.
