When I was growing up there weren’t a lot of models of the feminine that I identified with.
I really didn’t understand the whole bombshell, overtly sexual and seductive thing that I saw in many posters and movies, I never played coy very well (way too direct for that!) and I was brought up by my parents to be independent rather than following the path to a more traditional stay at home mom role.
And on top of that, growing up in the 70s and 80s where feminism (at least that iteration of it) was being introduced to girls like me, without realizing it, I had come to believe that strength came from expressing stereotypically masculine traits.
A significant part of my personal and spiritual journey has been to re-discover femininity, but specifically an authentic, genuine feminine as clear as possible of the cultural and societal distortions imposed on the feminine—since pretty much forever!
In this week’s episode, Fiona and I talk about “the journey through the feminine”, what that journey can look like, what gifts each stage has to offer, and how to empower ourselves in the feminine.
And if you identify as male, you still have within you an aspect of the feminine (we all have our own unique mix), no matter how small, and you’re surrounded by the feminine whether it’s your intimate partner, your children, your mother, your co-workers or in your community, so it’s always helpful to understand the journey so you can better relate to the people in your life, as well as those aspects of yourself.
The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) associated with this episode will focus on helping you to begin to clarify the feminine from all of the human distortion.
Without releasing these distortion patterns, we can be weighed down by the expectations, obligations and limitations that have been imposed over thousands of years!
Let’s rise together!™

SUMMARY:
There’s so much confusion, distortion and increasing polarization about what the feminine is, the nature of female power, and the role that the feminine plays in our reality—especially as we make the transition from the old consciousness to the new.
We each have our own personal ratio of feminine and masculine, and the struggle for control of the narrative of the feminine can affect all of us. It can result in bewilderment and uncertainty, causing shame, inner conflict, and suppression of the authentic expression of self.
In this episode we discuss the journey of the feminine through 4 archetypes that appear in many different traditions, and what the lessons, gifts and challenges are of each archetype from frequency perspective.
