When I was in elementary and secondary school, my parents worked hard and were very frugal so they’d have enough money to give my sister and me the best education possible.
In the 80s, in Montreal, Canada, that meant all-girls private school.
Being with only girls for most of my formative years, I observed a number of things that I still continued to see as an adult in my relationships with other women.
On the one hand, women can be incredibly supportive, loving and collaborative—and on the other, the polar opposite, competitive, bitchy and sometimes very cruel.
We all embody a spectrum of frequencies but there is a dynamic around the competition between women that actually can really be harmful to self.
In this week’s episode, we discuss navigating the sisterhood, where it comes from, what to watch out for, and how to foster more of the constructive dynamic between women.
The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) associated with this episode will help you to begin to clear the distortion within the feminine that can cause that destructive competition.
Without releasing these distortion patterns, we can diminish ourselves without even realizing it!
Let’s rise together!™

SUMMARY:
In recent years there’s been a rise in the notion of the “sisterhood.” An ideal of women supporting women in the face of generations of discrimination.
There have been great strides made, but there’s also a frequently occurring dynamic that rears its head in the everyday interactions between women. And not only can it diminish other women, it can even prevent a woman from really coming into her own authority and power.
In this episode, we’re discussing competition between women, why it happens from spirit perspective, what to look out for, and how to navigate it.
