One of the things that I love witnessing the most at our retreats is how community comes together.
At first, people are just starting to get to know each other but within a couple of days, they’re all looking out for each other.
When someone’s hungry, someone else shares a protein bar. If someone’s got a cold, people share whatever they’ve got in their bags, from Vitamin C to tissues.
The coolest thing of all is that in a higher resonating mastermind, no one’s trying to save anyone else or coach them or tell them what to do.
People are holding their space and their frequency resonance, so whoever’s wobbling can remember how to raise their own frequency resonance because there’s the fundamental underlying belief that they can!
It’s a beautiful thing.
And it’s not something that I expected—AT ALL—when we started giving retreats.
In this episode, we discuss how community can accelerate our momentum, how to discern when community is vibrating and functioning at a higher order of vibration, and also signs that things are getting a little culty.
The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) associated with this episode will help you to start to release patterns that keep you from finding higher resonating community.
Without clearing these distortions, we can feel more isolated and alone than we need to!

SUMMARY:
Most of us like to feel like we belong to something bigger than ourselves. To be part of a group of like-minded people who, in our case anyway, are following a similar growth trajectory.
What happens when you choose to be part of a community that is respectful of your process and committed to being their highest and best version of self? Does it have any effect on our spiritual journey?
In this episode, we discuss the unexpected impact of community on your momentum, the level of awakening that you have access to, and the surprising lessons you can learn from being in community—without the creepiness of a cult situation.
