One of my very first jobs was being a babysitter.

I showed up on time. And since I knew the little girl I was babysitting, we had a great time.

At first.

We played games, had a snack and she even brushed her teeth.

But then I made a mistake. She didn’t go to bed right away at her normal bedtime.

We played two more games of hide and seek. And then it happened.

Melt down.

She was so tired, she spun out.

If my thirteen-year-old self had known what I know now, I would’ve been able to help her come back into her center quickly, so she could feel better and then get herself to sleep.

But I didn’t, so it was a pretty rough evening 😞

You’re not 7 years old anymore, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t find yourself spinning in stress, worry, or overwhelm.

In this episode, I give you 6 tips on how to get back into your center—fast—for those times when you wobble out (who hasn’t had one of those times?).

The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) associated with this episode will help you to start to recognize more quickly when you’re out of your center, so you can pull yourself back in before you fall over the edge.

Without clearing these patterns, it’s so much easier to veer into melt-down-land!

If you enjoy these podcast episodes, I’d be so thankful if you could write a quick review on whatever platform(s) you use. There are so many people who need help right now and the more people who review the podcast episodes, the more YouTube and the other platforms present them to people who need the help but who’ve never heard of me and frequency work before.

Thank you so much for contributing in this way!

Let’s rise together!®
