When I was growing up, I went to an all-girls school. My parents felt my sister and I would focus better on academic success and figuring out who we were if there were no boys involved until we were a little older.
Very wise of them.
Anyway, being in high school, with a bunch of girls, you can imagine that a lot of the focus was on what clothes were worn. For the first time, I became aware of my body and that I wanted it to look a certain way so I’d fit in.
I’ve never been one of those thin girls. I’ve always been a bit stocky. Broad shouldered. Athletic.
I always felt I was too fat. If I just lost 8 pounds I’d be thin enough. Popular. Happy.
Just like how I was back then, most people feel something along these lines: if they only were thinner, prettier, more handsome, more confident, had more money, were further along in their career, more awakened, better at XYZ . . . they’d finally be happy.
In this episode, we’re discussing a little-known foundational distortion pattern that’s so pervasive we don’t even really notice it. It’s invisible to us. And it totally caps our experience of abundance, feeling deserving, and experiencing the limitless.
The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) associated with this episode will help you begin to release the layers of this foundational distortion pattern.
Without clearing these layers, we’ll always feel like we’re fundamentally not enough, and like we’ll never have enough.

SUMMARY:
In this episode, we discuss a little-known distortion pattern that totally can cap how much happiness, fulfillment, abundance, and self-worth you feel.
It’s what causes us to believe we need something more, or something else, to make us feel complete. It’s a real pain in the butt and most people don’t even know it’s there. But, man, it definitely shows up in our lives—and I’m on a mission to help people clear this!
